These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rentwelly (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle. You can cancel at any time, and your plan remains active through the end of the current paid period. Free trials convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
Payment processing
Online rent and subscription payments are handled by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Rentwelly is not a bank and does not provide financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and your compliance with applicable tax and reporting rules.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach security, access data you are not authorized to access, disrupt the Service, upload unlawful or infringing content, or use the Service to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter, including information about tenants, owners, and vendors.
Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rentwelly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
